VAHE ASLANYAN
The "Introduction to NLP and AI" course offers a rigorous and systematic introduction to the field of analysis of text data. The course is designed with care, and the course reveals the breadth and depth of Natural Language Processing, equipping participants with the capability to efficiently analyze and comprehend huge quantities of textual information that is not structured.
Challenge
In the digital age of today we are witnessing an explosion of text that is unstructured. This growing amount of data created a dilemma for educators: how do they help learners to navigate, understand the meaning and value of the vast array of data. It was evident that there was a need for a well-organized and structured guide that explained the complexities of data analysis using text.
Goal
To give you the highest quality educational experience for students, we integrated the most cutting-edge technology and platforms for e-learning. The course is comprised of hands-on exercises as well as real-time data analysis programs and deep-dive sessions on the latest NLP models such as BERT or GPT-4. In addition, we employed engaging pedagogical techniques and concrete demonstrations to enhance understanding and retention of information.
TECHNOLOGIES USED
Our main goal was to create a solid and complete educational framework. We set a standard and aimed for 95percent of our students to not just comprehend but excel in parsing analysing, and extrapolating useful insights from textual data and transforming them into the future generation of data scientists and analysts.
Solution
The curriculum that resulted is an extensive experience through the field of NLP starting with fundamental topics like text processing and tokenization. It then moves on to advanced subjects such as semantic analysis as well as the most recent developments in AI. To help further enhance your learning, we've included additional materials such as bonus e-books and specific interview-preparation guides to ensure that students are fully prepared to tackle the real-world NLP problems.
